Buffy l’Ammazzavampiri: annunciata la stagione 11 del fumetto

Dark Horse ha annunciato che le avventure di Buffy l’Ammazzavampiri non si sono ancora concluse ma proseguiranno nella stagione 11 della serie a fumetti.
Icona femminile della generazione che fu adolescente tra la fine degli anni ’90 e l’inizio dei 2000, Buffy l’Ammazzavampiri non ha ancora smesso di difendere il mondo dalle minacce sovrannaturali.
L’eroina del piccolo schermo nata dalla fantasia del regista di The Avengers e The Avengers - Age of Ultron, Joss Whedon, pur avendo abbandonato il suo pubblico televisivo nel 2003 non rinuncia alla sua lotta contro demoni e vampiri nei fumetti della casa editrice Dark Horse.
Proprio Dark Horse, infatti, ha annunciato che le avventure di Buffy L’Ammazzavampiri - in TV interpretata daSarah Michelle Gellar - proseguiranno con una nuova serie comics, intitolata Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 11.
La serie riprenderà la narrazione dagli eventi lasciati in sospeso in Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 10, pubblicata dal marzo del 2014 e in conclusione negli USA il prossimo agosto con il numero 30.
Ambientata a San Francisco, Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 11 sarà realizzata da un team creativo composto dallo sceneggiatore Christos Gage (Avengers Academy) e dalla disegnatrice Rebekah Isaacs (Angel & Faith).
Il primo dei 12 numeri della nuova saga - che i creatori promettono sarà ancora più avvincente delle precedenti in quanto Buffy e la Scooby Gang avranno a che fare con la loro sfida più difficile - uscirà il 23 novembre oltreoceano con una copertina speciale variant disegnata da Karl Moline (Fray) per il 30esimo anniversario della casa editrice.

La 9° Stagione a fumetti di Buffy the vampire slayer volge al termine con il quinto volume intitolato "Il Nucleo". il fumetto sarà disponibile dal 27 Luglio, 2016!
