And back to my other job, mom. I had the pleasure of being a parent chaperone on my daughter first grade trip to a desert garden. After a hectic week of travel and events it was just what I needed to reset. Watching their interest in the most beautiful of nature really does remind me to stop and take in all the beauty I am surrounded by.
